Subscriptions, Licensing & Plugin Updates

An active subscription is required in order to get updates and email support. If you have activated the plugin in your WordPress website, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. You can also access to latest version from your account page on this website.

Priority Support

Priority email support is given to customers with active subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any point from your account page. Your subscription will remain active for the time you’ve already paid for, no new charges will be done. Your account page has a clear overview of when your licenses expire.

Upgrading & Downgrading Subscriptions

You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any point from your account page.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. We stand behind our plugin but if for whatever reason you’ve got problems getting the plugin to work we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Note: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the plugin.

After 14 days, no refunds will be given because of administrative reasons.
